The kitchen is fully stocked — from spices, coffee, baking essentials, pots/pans, to any small appliance you may need. The house is located just outside the quaint town of Leeds, 8 min from Catskill, 15 min from Hudson, and ~30 min from Windham/Hunter

We recently rebuilt the entire interior of an old brick building and imagined the first floor (*** the entrance is at the back of our house***) as a guest unit for our friends & family during visits. When we do not have friends & family visiting, we are offering this space to you! We are architects by training and have placed our aesthetic energy in making this unit modern but also cozy.

Relax on the porches, or walk through the yard down to the creek. Well-trained small dogs up to 20lbs are allowed. Note: Bathrooms are on separate floor from bedrooms.
