When my husband & I first saw this house, I knew it was the perfect place to escape to do my favorite thing - read. I designed it with that in mind. I could see myself reading in front of the wood-burning stove. Reading on the martini deck with coffee in hand. Reading in the afternoon light in the loft or outside on the deck. Located in the heart of Waldo, walking distance to restaurants, bakeries and bars. Brookside/Plaza are minutes away. I hope you love it as much as I do, I know you will.

Delightful Patio Retreat w/Pool Table in So. KCMO

Come and enjoy this delightful space, with newly remodeled patio. Apartment is the lower level, with It's own private entrance, queen bedroom, full bath w/walk-in shower, dry bar with mini fridge/freezer, microwave toaster oven and dishware, full size pool table, laundry and 42" TVs in living room & bedroom. The woods border the back yard for extra privacy. A creek, arbor, gazebo & statue. Conveniently located at 435 & Holmes Rd, where you can quickly get anywhere you need to go in the city.

Liberty Cozy Cottage, 2 Bedroom

Come stay for a cozy getaway in the charming town of Liberty! House is within walking distance of Liberty square, Hammerhand Coffee, Price Chopper, Family Tree Nursery, Quiktrip, etc. 20 min to downtown Kansas City. 19 min to stadiums. 23 min to airport. Family-friendly space. There’s a baby crib in a closet, just let me know if you need it set up ahead of time. The house is 100 years old, so it has lots of creaks and character, but I keep it maintained and clean for my wonderful guests!

The Cottage

The Cottage, with a studio style layout, is a bright and clean space just one mile from historic downtown lees summit with local shops, bars and restaurants. The cottage is ~20 min from downtown Kansas City and 15 min from Kaufman and Arrowhead Stadium. This newly renovated 1900s milk barn is unique and special with a lot of charm, with a few of the modern conveniences. Guests are welcome to take advantage of the two acre landscaped yard and enjoy a delicious s’more at the outdoor fire pit!

5 minute walk to downtown Lee's Summit! My place is close to great restaurants, coffee shops, family-friendly activities, shopping, bars and a whole slew of entertainment. You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, and the people. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). A park is directly across the street as well:)
