(Green) Cabin 1 bedroom, 2 lofts, queen, sofa bed

Our modern cabins come complete with a full kitchen, a full bath, 3 separate sleeping areas and a living area to relax in. We have A/C, heat, WiFi and cable TV. We are located in the country and sometimes the wifi doesn't always come in. The loft areas are only 5 feet high, so you will have to stay low while using them. The campground includes our bulk food store, DutchValleyWarrensburg store on the premises for all your shopping needs. EV chargers are also available. Pets are not allowed.

Rippling Point Lakefront House

Secluded at the end of a private drive on the quiet end of the Lake of the Ozarks, our lake home offers recreation, relaxation, and fishing opportunities. The house is on the water at the 67MM of the lake and features 300 feet of private shoreline. A deck that overhangs the water is just a few steps from a patio equipped with a propane/charcoal grill and outdoor cooking area. Two kayaks are included to explore the shoreline and its wildlife. An inviting hot tub beckons.

Downtown Retreat with large privacy fenced yard

This updated downtown retreat has two bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen, living room, dining room and laundry. Off street parking is behind the house. This property has a large fenced in yard with deck and firepit. Majority of the time you can catch a nice breeze in the backyard while you relax. In the winter you can enjoy the gas fireplace in the living room and stay warm. Downtown is just walking distance way with historic sites and restaurants, coffee shops and shopping.

The Lone Oak

Reconnect with nature at The Lone Oak, part of our working cattle ranch. Enjoy the quiet of the country while you go fishing in the pond, spotting the wildlife, and stargazing at night while enjoying the hot tub. Just five miles from town, right off the blacktop, and three miles from Interstate 49. The top level is a 1900 farmhouse that is being renovated to enlarge the bnb. The walk-out basement is all new and ready for you to have a relaxing, memorable get-away.

Charming Log Home

Come enjoy our log home! This home was built as a model log home. It has its own charm and beauty and is a great place to unwind if you don’t mind some road noise. High speed internet is available-but no TV The property is convenient and easy to access,with a large parking area, although being next to I70 it is not quiet and secluded, expect road noise.( ear plugs and white noise machines are provided.) There is no Laundry-A local Laundromat is available.

Honey Creek Hideaway at Back Country Camp

Escape to this quiet, seemingly remote country getaway nestled down a peaceful, tree-canopied lane. Relax and unwind amid big woods, creeks, woodland trails, complete with a very large strip pit lake, and smaller lake just mere feet from your private cabin. Use our large covered dock, kayaks, paddle boat, canoe and explore all this huge waterscape and land have to offer. All manner of Missouri wildlife reside here.

Colorful Cottage close to UCM

Convenient and comfortable! Our Colorful Cottage is within minutes of UCM and about 10 minutes from WAFB. We have the Cottage with all the amenities needed for a nightly, weekly, or a monthly stay. Your dogs are welcome to stay as well! Pet Policy: $30-1 dog $10-each additional Please keep dogs off of furniture at all times. Kennel if anxious or destructive when left alone. Da Bus @ Red Barn Luxury Motor Coach

Only a hop skip and jump from the KATY and Rock Island Trails. Da Bus is a 2003 Tiffin Class A Luxury Motor Coach. The Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed, The couch in the living area folds out to a Full size bed. The kitchen has a large refrigerator and freezer, double sink, new faucet, propane stove top, Microwave/convection oven. The large shower has a new faucet and hand wand.
