Welcome to Kosmima, a beautiful gem set in the heart of Skiathos town. Carefully restored, this unique home is situated 150m from both ports, close to shops, bars and restaurants. This is an old house and the ground floor has low ceilings so taller people may be more suited to the upper bedroom. The house has A/C, WiFi and USB charging points.

Kala Nera is also a great starting point for outdoor activities such as hiking, horse riding, swimming in the crystal clear waters of the beaches of Pelion and skiing between January and March. This would be an ideal holiday home for you if you love being outdoors, in nature and enjoy exploring.
