I will personally welcome you to check inn and show you everything in the apartment and explain. It is completely your apartment for your stay. Please respect with the apartment as well as neighbors respectful and quiet. The apartment is a non smoking apartment and no parties are allowed. I live in the same house opposite and am always reachable if there are any questions or problems. The subway U8 Schönleinstrasse is 3 minutes away on foot. The subway U1 / U3 Kottbusser Tor is 5 minutes away on foot. With these two subway you can quickly reach Berlin (Alexanderplatz, Mitte, Prenzlauer Berg, Friedrichshein). Grocery shopping is right around the corner of the apartment (Lidl / Netto supermarket), as well as the famous Turkish market on Maybachufer. Just around the corner is the Graefestrasse. In this there are numerous cafes and restaurants around for day or evening to enjoy. The Admiralsbrücke (2min) is a popular meeting place and a central place to meet and listen to street musicians. Within walking distance you can quickly over Kottbusser Damm Hermannplatz, the Hassenheide and the Tempelhofes field is as a recreation area within walking distance. Just as exciting Neukölln is the Schillerpromenade (with the U-8 two stops) with its bars and restaurants. Es ist komplett dein Apartment für deinen Aufenthalt. Bitte gehe mit dem Apartment wie mit denn Nachbarn Respekt voll und ruhig um. Das Apartment ist ein Nichtraucher Apartment und es sind keine Partys gestattet. Ich lebe im selben Haus gegenüber und bin immer zu erreichen, wenn es fragen oder Probleme geben sollte. Das 82qm grosse Apartment liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse und doch mittendrin im lebendigen Akazienkiez. Unzählige Spielplätze, nette Restaurants, Bars, Modegeschäfte, Galerien, Bioläden, Spielwarengeschäfte, Buchhandlungen und Bäcker sind alle unmittelbar in der Nachbarschaft zu finden. Jeden Samstag ist Markt auf dem Winterfeldtmarkt. Direkt um die Ecke kann man sich ein Fahrrad mieten. Die nächste U-Bahn Station, S-Bahn sowie Busse sind alle unmittelbar zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar.

Dies ist meine geliebte Wohnung, in der ich normalerweise lebe, wenn ich nicht auf Reisen bin (das bin ich oft!). Eine ruhige Wohnung mit 2 Wohnräumen und einem Schlafzimmer, Bad mit Badewanne. Mehrere öffentliche Verkehrsmittel direkt vor der Tür. U7 Yorckstraße, S1, S2 und S75. Ca 120qm Wohnfläche. Potsdamer Platz, Kudamm, Winterfeldplatz, Viktoria-Park und der belebte Bergmannstraßen-Kiez sind jeweils ca 1 km entfernt. Der große Park am Gleisddreieck grenzt direkt an das Haus.

Wohnung am Checkpoint Charlie

Beautiful and bright apartment (55sqm) with great fitted kitchen and balcony and additionally a loggia. The fitted kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, oven and dishwasher. Tv and wifi are also included. The loggia in front of the living room is covered. The sheep room is equipped with a closet and a 1.80 large bed. The second balcony by the bedroom lets a lot of light into the room. Underfloor heating in all rooms and external blinds complete the apartment.

Maybach Apartment - Location. Design. Comfort

Located on the canal with direct view to the water. The bedroom/workspace are located at the back and are very quiet. Kreuzberg is one of the city's most lively areas. A street market takes place directly in front of the apartment on Tuesdays and Fridays with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as ready made food while on Saturdays you can buy all sorts of handicraft. Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.
