Tawny cottage has been tastefully decorated throughout with attention to detail. A feeling of luxury and tranquility. The cottage enjoys underfloor heating and fabulous rural views to be enjoyed in the warmer months from the decking outside the kitchen. Patio doors open right up to allow the outside in. This quaint and cosy cottage is located in the heart of Alton village on the edge of Dimmingsdale. Close to fantastic pubs, walks, cycling routes, JCB, and of course the famous Alton Towers. The Cottage consists of two bedrooms- the first offering a double bed, the second with a single suitable for a single adult or children. It has two bedrooms, a newly refurbished bathroom, beamed living room and spacious kitchen diner. The cottage is 7 miles north of Melton Mowbray on the Notts / Leics border. Originally converted from a barn in the 1850s, it has been recently refurbished to a high standard but still retains many original features.
