Cyclists can step out of the front door onto the NCN 6 route which leads onto the cloud trail which goes all the way to Derby. Walkers will be spoilt for choice only being minutes away from the famous Bradgate Park, Calke Abbey and Staunton Harold.

This lovely open plan loft apartment is in Woodthorpe, a charming hamlet on the outskirts of Loughborough. A five minute drive to Loughborough or the University. The loft has views over Beacon Hill and can walk directly out into the countryside. It is situated on a country lane which not a through road so very quiet. The property has a small kitchenette with a microwave, two ring induction hob, frying pan and saucepan. A fridge, sink, kettle and plates, bowls and cutlery.

The Victorian Barn is a beautifully converted barn which provides a high standard of self-catering holiday accommodation for up to 4 guests. It is in a tranquil location amongst acres of arable farmland and wild flower margins. It can be easily accessed from the village of Theddingworth. Only 5minutes drive from the picturesque town of Market Harborough with a varied selection of restaurants, individual boutiques, award winning farm shop and covered market.

A Grade 2 listed one bedroom self catering cottage in the Heart of Charnwood Forest, set in the idyllic village of Woodhouse Eaves. A fantastic location for anybody visiting the Charnwood Forest area, the Cottage is in minutes walk from pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops. Hose Lodge is a traditional farmhouse in the tranquil vale of Belvoir. Outside there are farm buildings and stables, paddocks and an orchard together with formal gardens round the house. It is in a secluded location with great views. The annex is a separate unit to allow privacy and convenience to our guests.
