Just 15 minutes away from the center of Utrecht, you will find this beautiful, peaceful, newly renovated and modern home with a big green garden to relax in. Our beautiful house is just a 2-minute walk from a small lake. The area is characterized with several parks and plenty of child friendly playgrounds. It is a big house with garden, close to the city. The house is a Modern mansion in a classic building of 1926 on the stunning estate Sancta Maria Noordwijk in the middle of the Dutch dunes. Connected to Zandvoort circuit.The house has high ceilings, is light and spacial with an open floor plan connecting spaces. It has a front terras in the sun for having breakfast and lunch and a back garden with dining table and lounge sofa and fireplace for a nice cosy evening. Noordwijk is at the beach and is a gorgeous health resort in the midel of nature.

Holiday Home Mila is located in the coast village Egmond aan Zee, 50 meters from the dunes and 100 meters from the center. The beach is 300 meters away from the house. In the village there are several good restaurants, bars and lovely terraces. The supermarket is 200 meters away. The center of the cozy cheese town of Alkmaar can easily be reached by bus with 20 minutes. A day in Amsterdam is also a possibility. From the train station (Heiloo or Alkmaar) every half hour a train goes to A'dam.

Het Soomerhuys is in the center of it all! As the train station is just 1 minute away you will be at Amsterdam Station and Haarlem station within 10 minutes and at the beach within 20 minutes. Luxury country lake house near Amsterdam

Inn on the Lake is an all season sensation. In summer the gardens are lush with private terraces and full of seasonal flowers. Our beautiful boat is ready to take our guests on a nature trip through the lakes and surroundings. Comfortably and newly renovated farmhouse with two bedrooms in a small village directly located at the Markermeer. It's quiet and surrounded by nature with lots of water birds.
