And of course, it has a stable door! Located in the middle of a small village which is approximately 15 mins drive from Milton Keynes and Leighton Buzzard where fast trains to London take just 30 minutes.

The barn is approximately 215 years old and situated in an English cottage garden on the doorstep of Woburn Abbey with lots of gorgeous walks in the beautiful countryside. The Abbey entrance gate is 0.4 miles away, you can walk through the deer park & extensive grounds. A public footpath takes you to the Elephant house & beyond. We are on the route of the famous Greensand Ridge & boast a lovely local pub the "Rose & Crown", serving good British food.
