This cottage was previously an old milking Parlour, which is situated beside a house and a farm that dates back to the 1800s.Enjoy tranquil walks and our friendly farm animals. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. In the "Hearth" of everywhere but in the middle of nowhere. Iris Cottage is just an hour from Dublin and 15 mins from kells with holistic treatments available such as reflexology, massages or even try a seaweed bath to help you unwind. If its sightseeing then we have Loughcrew Cairns and Fore abbey on our doorstep. But if its fishing your interested in then check out Lough Lene and Lough Bane, or one of the many other lakes around us.

Perfectly situated for exploring local attractions, and just 20 minutes from Dublin Airport. We recommend a car as public transportation is limited & slow, and taxis can be costly.

I'm proud to say my home was featured in Bad Sisters Season two (Grace's house) on Apple TV. It's a Coastal haven, sleeps two/ suitable for couple or single guest . Situated on its own beach, fall asleep to the song of the sea waves. Peaceful location, close to Dublin airport ( 20 mins drive) Dublin City centre 30 mins by train from Rush and Lusk station after 10 min bus journey. The bus to Dublin city is 1 hr 15 mins away..
