Das Souterrain-Zimmer mit Gemeinschaftsbad befindet sich im Untergeschoss des Hotels. Dusche und WC befinden sich im Saunabereich des Hotels & werden auch von anderen Gästen mit genutzt. Das Zimmer hat ca 9 m² und ist mit Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, großem Kleiderschrank, TV und einer Sitzgelegenheit im vorderen Bereich ausgestattet. Der Schlafbereich befindet sich im hinteren Teil des Zimmers. Das Bett ist 140x200 cm groß, für 1 oder 2 Personen nutzbar. Reinigung je nach Aufenthaltsdauer.
