It is enchantingly secluded in the garden and by the field - and yet very close to the city (10 minutes to the university, city centre, main station and motorway) and has been renovated with high-quality materials in line with building biology. Haustiere sind auf Anfrage herzlich willkommen. Das gemütliche Ambiente lädt zum Verweilen ein und ist der ideale Startpunkt für Ausflüge. So könnt ihr das Maifeld erkunden, die Traumpfade erwandern, Burg Eltz besuchen, an einer Weinverkostung an der Mosel teilnehmen oder eine Bootsfahrt auf dem Rhein machen.

The accommodation is located between the "Maare" (volcanic lakes) in the Volcanic Eifel near the Nürburgring and offers: Sauna for 5 people, 2 winter gardens, one with a pop-up pool, outdoor wood heated hot tub, fire pit, play area, trampoline, fitness equipment in the house, table soccer, table tennis in the large double garage, Netflix, wallbox for electric cars. 2 baby travel cots and 2 high chairs are available.

Da, wo sich Natur und Erholung aktiv begegnen. Unser „Happy Nest“ liegt direkt an der Bahnstrecke Trier-Koblenz, ca. 20 km von Trier, im Erholungsgebiet Meulenwald / Moseltal. Luxemburg ist in wenigen Minuten per PKW zu erreichen. Direkt vor der Haustüre starten Rad- Wanderwege. Im direkten Umfeld gibt es viele weitere Freizeit, Kultur- und Sportmöglichkeiten. Das im Garten gelegene, neu renovierte Gästehaus, mit Terrasse und separatem Haus-Eingang, ist für max. 4 Personen geeignet.

Haus Rosenberg in the vineyard with garden & view

Our stylish cottage is situated in the charming wine village Wiltingen. From the spacious living room and the balcony you have a beautiful view on the Altenberg. The large garden overlooks the village and the surrounding vineyards and is great for all sorts of activities. Enjoy a meal from the grill, relax in the hammock between the apple trees and at the end of the day watch the sunset with a cool Riesling wine. The Riesling-grapes grow right behind the garden gate.

We didn't have the heart to tear down Grandma Hilde's house. So we renovated the house for 1 year and got as much charm as possible. Enjoy your own hideaway with a large sun terrace, the old half-timbered but modern facilities. The house is at the narrowest point of Starkenburg, so that you can enjoy the distant view towards the Mosel river and the beautiful Ahringstal. Entspann dich in dieser besonderen und ruhigen Unterkunft. Am Rande der Weinberge gelegen stehen drei neuerbaute Ferienhäuschen in Klüsserath an der Mosel. MoselHoch 1 ist das unterste am Berg gelegene Ferienhäuschen und ist dem Parkplatz am nächsten. Wir haben uns dazu entschlossen, aus Platzgründen, keine Kinder und Haustiere bei uns aufzunehmen.
