Nestled near Goldbug Hot Springs, our 1-bedroom suite is a perfect getaway. We are walking distance to the Goldbug Trailhead! The suite features a unique floating king bed with mood lighting for restful sleep. The Ranch House Cabin is a 16x24 ft. log cabin perfect for a comfortable overnight or extended stay! The Ranch House features free Wi-Fi, Roku streaming TV and air conditioning. It includes a full kitchen, a full-size refrigerator, stove/oven, convection microwave and large storage cabinets. It features one Queen-size bed and a Lazy Boy Sleeper Sofa with a Full-sized mattress. Clean, quiet, comfortable and private. It occupies the upper floor of our garage, but is fully separate with its own private entrance. It's on the corner of a quiet residential street, and is easy walking distance to Main Street's restaurants, brewpubs, shops, museum, and bakery, plus the river and wave park.

Take it easy at this unique, off-grid sustainable home by the Salmon river. This darling guesthouse sits on 6 acres with a separate family Strawbale home. It is a homestead farm with over 100 newly planted peach trees, bees and vegetable gardens. The cottage has solitude, stunning views and peaceful vibe. Enjoy your own patio and fire pit, walk the owners gardens. Easy boat access at nearby on forest service access points on the salmon river road. This is a private neighborhood.

The Uptown House is the perfect home base and Challis is a great starting point to explore the many sites of the Salmon Challis NF, fish the Salmon River, or simply enjoy laid back mountain living. Located at the upper end of Main Street in old town Challis, this 1930’s store front has been converted to a spacious getaway that is close to local restaurants and bars and within minutes of groceries, gas and shopping making it easy to plan your visit.

There is a kitchenette, with its own sink, fridge/freezer, microwave, induction burner, coffee station, pots, pans, and dishes for your use. We also have an electric grill (works great) on the patio.
