Tsolakis Luxury House

Το σπίτι μας βρισκεται στο κέντρο του Λεωνιδίου, σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά, μόλις 2 λεπτα με τα πόδια από όλα τα καταστήματα και τις καφετέριες. Από τη βεράντα θα απολαύσετε τον ήλιο και τη θέα του Λεωνιδίου πανοραμικά. Η κρεβατοκάμαρα έχει ένα υπέρδιπλο κρεβάτι με ανατομικό στρώμα και μπορούν να κοιμηθούν 2 άτομα. Ένα επιπλέον άτομο μπορεί να κοιμηθεί στον κοινόχρηστο χώρο στον καναπέ που μετατρέπεται σε κρεβάτι. Κατόπιν αιτήματος, μπορούμε να παρέχουμε ένα επιπλέον μονό κρεβάτι. Για τους επισκέπτες που έχουν βρέφη, διαθέτουμε πάρκο. Η κουζίνα είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένη και υπάρχουν όλα όσα χρειάζεστε για να μαγειρέψετε και να απολαύσετε τις διακοπές σας. 1stfloor apartment 115sq. Agia Aikaterini area in center of Leonidio. It sleeps at least 6 it includes 3 spacious bedrooms. Master bedroom has a queen bed with view to red rock cliff. The second bedroom offers a double bed and third with 2 single beds offering access to balcony with a lounge area and view of the village. Large living room with fireplace, and a big kitchen - dining table. 1 bathroom with bathtub & showerhead. There is central heating with airconditioning and geyser for hot water.

Orange grove cottage

My stone farmhouse is surrounded by 11 acres of orange trees,lemon trees and more trees , of which fruits you can taste.The backyard under the giant mulberry the calmness of the farm , the endless view along with the old well relaxes and takes you back in time and makes you feel part of nature .The cottage is located in the fields of Leonidio(2.5km from center & 600meters from sea),against the spectacular red rock/cliffs you will be climbing. Quite,peaceful almost a paradise is waiting for you!

Το σπίτι μας μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει δύο ενήλικες. Είναι ιδανικό για ζευγάρια που αγαπούν τη φύση και την ηρεμία, αλλά δε θέλουν να στερούνται τις ανέσεις της πόλης. Θα βρειτε καταστήματα, καφέ, εστιατόρια και τράπεζα σε απόσταση μόλις λίγων μέτρων από το σπίτι.

Garden apartment

Die Gartenwohnung ist Teil der Villa Metropolis und liegt oberhalb der Kirche Panagia. Über den eigenen Parkplatz gelangt man zum Eingang dieser Wohnung, welches über ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche, Essbereich, Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem en-suite Badezimmer verfügt. Durch den Garten, ein Stockwerk tiefer, befindet sich das zweite Schlafzimmer (Kamara) mit Teeküche und Badezimmer, welches einen separaten Eingang hat.
