Die rund 50 m2 großen Studio Familiys befinden sich im voll ausgebauten Dachgeschoß des Jugendstilhauses und blicken auf das denkmalgeschützte, geometrische Metallnietendekor des ehemaligen Handelsgerichtes in der Riemergasse. Alle Studios Family haben einen Vorraum mit einer komplett eingerichteten, modernen Kitchenette, ein komfortables Wohn-/Schlafzimmer mit 2 Betten, ein kleines Schlafzimmer mit einem Einzelbett, sowie ein Bad mit WC.

Studio Superior

Wenn Sie es überschaubar, aber doch auch geräumig wollen, werden Sie unser Studio Superior lieben. Mit seinen 40m² bietet es viel Platz zum Wohlfühlen. Diese Studios befinden sich in den ehemaligen Herrschaftsräumlichkeiten. Die teilweise historischen Räume in der Beletage sind höher als die normalen Studios und präsentieren sich mit hohen Doppelflügeltüren, Holztäfelungen, Parkettböden oder Stuckdecken.

Small but nice: Our snug Cozy Studios with 25m² are the ideal temporary home for 2 people. Thanks to thoughtful furnishings and generous amenities, the maximum comfort is extracted from the cozy studios.
