Set on the edge of Boconnoc Estate and the outskirts of Lostwithiel you will find our large 1 bedroom converted barn. We are quite centrally located in Cornwall. South coast beaches can be found 5 miles away with the north coast being around 20 miles away. You will find so many things to do including walking, sightseeing, fishing, visiting many types of attractions. We offer a warm welcome and as much or as little interaction as you prefer. You will find yourself surrounded by nature.

Woodland and riverside walks are on the doorstep, and paddleboarding and kayaking are available locally. A true escape.

Manor House at Botelet Farm

Manor House is grade II listed, set amongst an array of historic buildings at Botelet Farm, with a large private garden to the rear and views reaching across rolling fields and up to Bury Down iron age hill fort. Nestled in a valley in South East Cornwall, staying at Manor offers the chance for a peaceful escape with 300 acres to explore, safe spaces for children to play, chickens wandering free range outside, a trampoline in the orchard, and therapeutic massage and wellbeing workshops.

Unique and perfectly situated coastal retreat

Unwind and relax in this historic gem of a home. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The Mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

Primrose Cottage is a truly charming home balancing style and character whilst not compromising on comfort. It is beautifully furnished throughout with so much attention to detail. In the living and dining room the exposed beams and stone walls, along with the wonderful fire place offer a cosy space to relax and dine in. The light and airy family room, leading onto the patio is a lovely social space, open out the doors and allow the sounds of the quaint village of Golant to flow in.

Gorgeous Cornish cottage in picturesque village

This unique place has a style all of it’s own. One of the oldest houses in the village of Golant. A true secret spot. The Fishermans Arms Pub is only 30 yards away down by the water’s edge. Fowey is a short 10 min drive or you can walk along the path by the estuary. This is a 3 mile, scenic walk which is the final part of the incredible Padstow to Fowey Saint’s Way. In Fowey you will find some wonderful independent shops and eateries and can also enjoy a swim at Ready Money Cove.

Detached cabin in private grounds

Snuggling in a wooded corner of our paddock the cabin is a lovely secluded escape for two. In one of the quietest parts of Cornwall with complete privacy you will hear the hoots of owls and chorus of birdlife, and with no light pollution the night skies are magnificent. The coast is nearby, with the Fowey estuary just down the road, and glorious beaches and coastal footpath a short drive away. It is roomy and comfortable in all weathers, and comes with a private wild garden.

The Barn

The Barn is a perfect escape for a couple. A spacious open-plan barn with kitchen and living room, flagstone floor and underfloor air-source heating and an overhead sleeping platform. Stylish self-contained shower room. Large library of books and collection of board games and extensive gardens and grounds. Walking distance to the coast through leafy Cornish lanes - the south west coast path is 1 mile away. Bringing your dog? Friendly well-behaved dogs are very welcome

Riverside is a gorgeous period cottage with stunning views in Fowey. It's in a great location very close to the centre, car parking and slipway. Ideal for water activities, restaurants, shopping and beaches! We have stunning water vistas from all rooms and beautiful outside areas. Plenty of storage in the basement for your outdoor activities. The cottage has recently been renovated to a high standard, whilst maintaining all its beamed, period charm and character.

Pentye is a unique cottage, converted from an old washing shed/boat store, right on the banks of the river Lerryn, just off the river Fowey. The cottage is tucked in beside an old Lime Kiln. Direct river views from the cottage and the balcony with table and chairs for sitting out and watching the tide ebb and flow . It is ideal for artists, writers, bird watchers, paddle boarders,kayakers and of course day dreamers. Great walks, local pub and small shop
