Luxurious 6 bedroom chalet. 800m to ski lifts

The Mountain House is a large, luxurious chalet with wonderful views of the Mont Blanc massif. It has 6 bedrooms and beds for 14 people plus a sofa bed. You can walk the 800m to the ski lifts, drive, or take the free shuttle bus that stops 100m away. It's a 2 minute walk to a lovely restaurant, and 10-15 mins to the middle of the village Les Contamines is a charming village with fantastic skiing. There's 120km of pistes and great off-piste. Its snow record is the best in Chamonix valley.

L'appartement est situé dans une résidence familiale et de bon standing. A 5mins à pied du centre ville et 10mins à pied (ou 5mins avec la navette) du domaine skiable, l'appartement est dans le quartier du Nivorin bas, quartier calme. L'appartement est exposé plein sud, ce qui offre non seulement un bel ensoleillement de la terrasse mais également une vue imprenable sur les dômes du miage. L'appartement est équipé d'un appareil à fondue et à raclette, des petits détails qui changent tout !

La cuisine moderne est ouverte sur la pièce de vie chaleureuse et ensoleillée. 4 chambres dont 2 masters avec sdb, 1 chambre pour 1 couple et 1 chambre pour 3 personnes.

Villa Du Parc has great views, wonderful local restaurants, shops, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because it's newly fitted out, well equipped and tastefully decorated. My place is good for couples and families (with kids) and small groups. Not to be missed if you love food, drink, cycling, walking, the mountains and above all, skiing! The town centre and gondola station is 5 minutes drive or 15 minutes walk away. Parking is very close to the apartment.
