Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

In questo piccolo residence, luogo ideale per staccare dalla routine, potrete trascorrere le vostre vacanze tra un tuffo in piscina e un aperitivo sulla terrazza godendo della tranquillità che offrono la natura e il panorama indimenticabile. La piscina è immersa nel verde del parco condominiale ed è usufruibile da Giugno a Settembre.

The guesthouse is situated up upon a hill inside a 8,000 m2 private park full of Azaleas, Rhododendrons, and huge Chestnut Trees an easy 15 min. drive from either Arona or Stresa. Lakeside beaches, excellent restaurants and shopping facilities are within the close vicinity by car. A huge natural reserve with peaks offering panoramic views of lakes and alps can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The guesthouse's 60 m2 ground-floor apartment has an arcade covered patio and its own gardens.

A Balcony on the Lake

This is Balcony on Lake Maggiore, a lovely apartment with incomparable panoramic views of the lake. It is located inside a residence with swimming pool (open from June to September) and large green areas arranged on terraces, where you can enjoy the sun or rest in the shade in complete relax. From the parking lot with reserved parking space, you can access the property, with independent access, descending from characteristic stone stairs between lavender beds and hydrangea plants.

Ideale amanti della natura, famiglie, sportivi. Per raggiungere la cascina e godere della vista e della tranquillità della campagna è necessario affrontare una strada sterrata e a tratti stretta. Al centro di Dagnente, minuscola frazione di Arona, sulle colline del Vergante, il lago di fronte e alle spalle i boschi e le montagne, si trova l'Asilo Infantile don Luigi Bellotti. Una casa in pietra realizzata alla fine del '700, il cui restauro è stato completato nel 2017, perfetta per chi cerca pace e tranquillità, ma anche base ideale per visitare i laghi Maggiore e d'Orta e le valli d'Ossola, Formazza e altri luoghi di interesse culturale e naturalistico.

Benvenuti nella Casa di Sveva, un posto magico con una vista meravigliosa sul lago Maggiore. Situato all’ultimo piano di una palazzina dell’800, è stato appena ristrutturato ed è completo di ogni comfort (aria condizionata in ogni ambiente, tv, cucina completa di lavastoviglie). A pochi passi da casa troverete la fermata del traghetto per le isole Borromee, alcuni dei migliori ristoranti di pesce della zona, un noleggio di barche e una spiaggetta attrezzata.
