Παραδοσιακό, διώροφο κτήριο, χτισμένο το 1880, στο ιστορικό κέντρο της πόλης. Σε απόσταση 5 λεπτών βρίσκεστε με τα πόδια στο λιμάνι και την παραλία, τα καφέ, τα εστιατόρια, τα μπαρ, καθώς τα περισσότερα αξιοθέατα της Μυτιλήνης! Ανακαινίστηκε το 2008 με ρομαντική διάθεση από μία αρχιτεκτόνισσα για να είναι το εργένικο της σπίτι, μέχρι που ήρθε ένας γιος και έγινε λίγο πιο οικογενειακό...
