Our house is located on the top of a mountain in Harlan county! Perfect family friendly home! Enjoy the beautiful morning sunrises from the couch, kitchen table or the deck! We also have plenty parking for multiple trucks and ATV trailers! Unload at the house and take a scenic route to the off road park! The fun begins as soon as you get here! Need early access? We will do our best to make it happen! Come relax at this peaceful home away from home and enjoy all the adventures near Mountain View!

Hidden Hide Away

This unique place has a style all its own. This 100 yr old cabin has been just remodeled. It is all new. Central heating and air. Indoor plumbing. Tempur Pedic beds with Bed Jets on each bed. Starlink high speed WIFI, Washer and Dryer. The creek is 20' from the porch with 2 water falls when it rains. Sit out back and enjoy the sound of the water and nature. We are right by two large ATV parks. The Elk hunting is Great! We have wild horses at the top of the property. The cabin sits on 100 acres.

This lovely cottage style home is located in a well established neighborhood in downtown Hazard. It is perfect for guests coming into town for work, family gatherings or a weekend away. The home will comfortably sleep up to 7 guests & pets are welcome too! This location is 10 minutes to ARH, 5 minutes to HCTC, & surrounded by areas for hunting, fishing & trail riding. The home is also located within an hours drive to the Red River Gorge, several lakes, ATV parks, mountain bike & hiking trails.

Convenient, Quiet street in downtown Hyden, KY

This updated cottage is located in Hyden, KY, & is convenient to Frontier Nursing University, the middlefork of the Kentucky River, as well as many areas for riding trails & hunting. The property has all new furniture throughout with luxury linens in the bath & bedrooms. The property features a stove with convection oven, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, washer & dryer. Bring only your toothbrush and personal items, everything else is provided for your mountain getaway!

The Stonehouse

Whether you are here visiting family, or seeking adventure, you can relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The Stonehouse is conveniently located 6 miles from the city of Harlan where you can find groceries, fast food, local restaurants, and retail stores. If you are here to enjoy the mountains, the Putney Trailhead of the Black Mountain Off-Road Adventure Area is 5 miles from The Stonehouse. Parking area will accommodate 3-4 vehicles with two spaces for trailers.

Wendover Cottage - 3 BR 2 BA

The Cottage at Wendover is part of the historical property once home to Mary Breckinridge's Frontier Nursing Service. It offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a large living and dining area and kitchen. There is also a new front porch with mountain views! Plenty of parking, free wifi and pets are welcome too! Guests love the coziness and comfort this home offers. We have two sister properties that can be rented as well. The Barn and Suite at the Garden House also listed on Airbnb.

The Barn at Wendover - 4 BR 2 BA

This lovely four bedroom, 2 full bath cabin (also known as The Barn) is a unique property located at Wendover, the former historic home of Mary Breckinridge's Frontier Nursing Service. Perfect for guests who are working in the area or coming back home to visit family and friends. Very clean, comfortable and sleeps up to 8 people. Nice deck on the back with mountain views. Please note this property has no kitchen but we do offer a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker.

McIntosh Cabin - Off the Grid Getaway!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This home is located on a beautiful farm surrounded by streams, mountains, and country roads. From the newly added back porch you can see horses grazing in the fields and a variety of wildlife in their natural habitat. A true Appalachian experience. Offering two bedrooms, two full baths, fully stocked kitchen and comfortable living room with TV and great wifi. Only a few minutes drive into town and pets are welcome too!

East Main Place

East Main Place is located on the edge of downtown Hazard. Originally built in 1962, you will find a clean and comfortable home away from home. Hardwood floors & laminate throughout and a new central heat and air unit. 50” Roku TV, including HBO Max and Paramount + , is provided in the living room. All utilities provided, including WiFi. Enjoy all the comforts of this fully furnished/stocked home with covered porch and wrap around deck overlooking East Main Street.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. See the real Hazard, hear laughter from local school and hillsides all around! Walk to downtown Hazard. This house was not lived in for over 50 years and needed to be revived. It now has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, sitting room, living room, dining room, kitchen, sunroom/laundry, and two porches. The front porch enjoys the breeze coming up the valley. (Other rooms may have screened guests in them.
