Ideally located in Lavers Hill, in the heart of the Great Otways National Park and just off Great Ocean Road, Otway Ridge Farm & Forest is a beautiful three bedroom, two bathroom farm house, big enough to accommodate a family but cosy enough for a romantic getaway for two. Situated at the foothills of the stunning Otway Ranges, Croft House is a stylish three-bedroom property overlooking rolling farmland on the edge of Birregurra. Croft is a 5 minute drive to Brae restaurant and a 7 minute walk to the main street with boutiques, the Birregurra Grocer and the Royal Mail Hotel. The area is known for its award-winning food and wine as well as pristine rainforests and beaches just down the road. Croft house is within easy access to the Great Ocean Road.

Rosie’s Cottage- Buninyong

Rosie’s cottage is an ideal getaway. You can choose to be busy bike riding or sightseeing up Mt Buninyong. Set in an idyllic bush setting there are also opportunities to enjoy leisurely bush walks, a bike ride or a stroll to the local coffee shops. Only a 5 minute drive to Buninyong or a 15 minute drive to Ballarat, events and attractions can be easily accessed. Upon enjoyment of these, a return to Rosie’s cottage offers a tranquil stay- with access to free wifi & Netflix

Historic Linton Post Office

Welcome to the historic Linton Post Office. This beautiful character filled building was built in 1880 and operated as the Telegraph / Post Office and Post Masters residence for over a century. There are many reminders of the past displayed throughout the charming house. The picturesque township of Linton has a rich history with European settlement dating back to 1839 and the first gold found in 1855 and continued to be found until 1880's.

"The Hut" is in a convenient location close to Geelong, Ballarat/Sovereign Hill and Daylesford. It will take approx. 40 minutes scenic drive through beautiful countryside to get to those places.
