Holler's End

Welcome to Holler’s End, our cozy time capsule at the” head of the holler”. This home was built around a log cabin built in the mid-1800s. We removed layers of walls to expose the cabin inside. It has been updated with WiFi, streaming services & coffee station. Outside is a fire pit perfect for enjoying the stars. While it is only about 4.5 miles from Whitesburg, the last 2.3 miles is a 1-lane road. You might also hear roosters crow. If that sounds good to you, come sit a spell at Holler’s End.

Our home is only minutes from a beautiful lake, hiking trails, waterfalls, community swimming pool (summer months) and the Raven Rock Golf and Country Club. Come relax and recharge in the Appalachia mountains.

An Appalachian Mountain Getaway. ATV friendly

Nestled in the mountains of Eastern Kentucky, this location offers stunning mountain views. It's ATV friendly, with secure and complimentary vehicle parking. A multitude of trails are available for riding, with walking paths on the property. Riding tours are also offered. The accommodation features a newly remodeled one full bed, a walk-in shower, and all the amenities, including a complete mini kitchen and a 32" TV. It's a peaceful and relaxing retreat after a day spent exploring the trails.

Less than 1 mile from Portal 31, you can dive deep into the rich history of this tiny coal town. Within minutes you can drive to ATV parks, the highest point in KY, and many other mountainous adventures. Grab some coffee at the old cafe turned coffee shop, and visit the KY Coal Museum just 5 minutes away in Benham, KY. You and your family will leave here with beautiful mountain memories!

Peaceful getaway offers relaxation & adventure in the KY mountains. Short drive to VA & TN. Large home has 4 bedrooms - 2 w/ private bath & 2 that share a double-vanity bath. Open living/dining area and kitchen. Nearby is a 7-hole golf course and swimming pool (available Memorial Day - Labor Day), hiking, and tourist attractions such as Portal 31 and the KY Coalmine Museum, as well as Kingdom Come State Park. Plenty of parking; can accommodate trailers & RVs. RV park is a 45-minute drive.

Welcome to Dan’s Den, a spacious two bedroom home in the heart of the Appalachian mountains. Centrally located in Cumberland, the black bear capital of Kentucky. You’ll find many of the luxuries of a fine home here, but in a smaller home more suitable for a solo traveler, a couple, or small family. Enjoy two large living rooms, one of which is the newly added “log room”, cozied up in front of the gas fireplace for games, movies, or just to relax with a good book and a hot cup of coffee.

The Red Oak Cottage is a beautiful home located in the heart of the Appalachian Mtns of Knott Co KY. Guests will enjoy the gorgeous views, outdoor gathering area w/ fire pit, fully stocked kitchen, family room & living room, 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath and washer & dryer. If you are coming to the area for off road trail riding or horse trail riding this is the perfect home for your stay! There is plenty of parking if you know how to navigate your trailer & pets are welcome too!
