La villa è circondata da un giardino (con parcheggio privato all'interno); nel giardino c’è una piscina con possibilità di stare all'aperto in relax. Per la pulizia, uno dei punti forti di questa struttura, è stato studiato un sistema per disinfettare tutti gli ambienti ad ogni check-in.
