Summit Cabin on the Rocks

Perched atop a miniature mountain with expansive views extending from the Pacific Ocean to the peak of San Gorgonio (highest mountain in SoCal), this concept cabin is like a disintegrated house spread across about a 1 acre area. The interior consists of a lofted queen size bed with a large skylight for stargazing, as well as a lounge space with an oversized leather sofa. The highlight of the cabin is the outdoor space. It features a cabana with a day-bed, bean bag, swing chairs, a kitchen, etc

The Tropical Treehouse of Love Private Guest Suite

Separate gated entrance to the private guest suite which occupies the lower level of the home named the Treehouse of Love (no shared spaces). Enjoy the backyard to yourself! 1 Comfortable queen bed &1 cozy sofa , 65" TV, fridge/freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, full bath with beautiful shower, and multiple patio sets to enjoy the lush tropical backyard and sunshine. Built in the 80's using stone from the mountain, the space was updated in 2025 with modern touches—featuring a rock shower, full kitchen, AC, and gym. This bungalow is walking distance to it all while still being a private oasis. The house itself has a BBQ, outdoor firepit, and outdoor shower to fully enjoy the socal vibes.

This newly built guest suite at our home sits above our garage high up on a hill in one of Encinitas' oldest neighborhoods: Olivenhain. Despite its charm, it's only minutes away from countless shops and restaurants but most importantly: The Beach. The toughest decision you'll have to make while here is whether to go to Cardiff by the Sea for the day or Moonlight State Beach, often ranked one of the best in the country. Olivenhain also has an incredible "dark sky policy."

Detached 400 sf studio with full kitchen, private redwood deck, and own entrance/parking. Just a mile to the coast, the house is a 15-20 minute walk to the beach and a 25-minute walk into Encinitas, a classic beach surf town. Restaurants, live music, and quaint shops line nearby Highway 101. The large tropical garden has walking paths and seating areas perfect to relax in. The property is a true oasis! The Beach is open!! The amazing, large 2 Bed 2 bath town home, has an ocean view and is 40 feet from the Beacon's Beach Access. Its large private fenced front yard is perfect for families and approved pets. The entire building has two town homes. One is upstairs and the this home is downstairs. The area is the quintessential 1960's beach town with restaurants within one block. We are pet friendly with pre approval and a pet fee of $150 per pet.
