הבית על ההר מציע חווית נופש שלא הכרתם. הבית הינו וילה פנטהאוז אשר ממקום בפאתי שמורת הטבע נחל שחמון באילת. הנופשים בבית נהנים מנוף פנורמי לשמורת הטבע ועד לים האדום. הבית מעוצב בעיצוב מוקפד ומאובזר במערכות מתקדמות. חדרי השינה מפנקים, המטבח מאובזר והגינה כוללת בריכת שחיה פרטית, ג'קוזי ספא זרמים, מטבח חיצוני הכולל גריל גז, פינת אוכל חיצונית ופינות ישיבה נעימות ומפנקות. חל איסור על קיום מסיבות בוילה חל איסור על השמעת רעש חריג , שימוש בבוקסות בידוריות או רמקול דומה גיל האירוח המינימלי הינו 28 ומעלה
