Our Triple Rooms have en suite bathroom, and offer every guest comfort including colour TV, hairdryer, safe, air-conditioning, fax service, tea/coffee facilities, free Wi-fi internet connection. We are a La Spezia (SP) city centre B&B, close to the Railway Station (100 metres), adjacent to the pedestrian area where enjoy shopping and cultural attractions. The best choice for the discerning visitor of the 5 Terre: ( 8 minutes by train), Portovenere and Lerici (20 minutes by bus), we offer the ultimate in comfort and convenience. Nearby Typical restaurant (within walking distance) offers our guests special prices at lunch and or dinner (Euro 15 per person) consisting of a two-course meal (pasta or soup, and meat or fish), side dishes, coffee and drinks (1/2 l. Sarete accolti nella nostra casa, nel centro di Levanto, con affaccio sul mare, non avrete bisogno di auto per la vostra vacanza. Abbiamo ristrutturato la casa di famiglia dove ci siamo trasferiti a vivere per renderla confortevole, abbiamo cercato di mantenere il piu' possibile l'architettura originale, aggiungendo comfort ecosostenibili e usando materiali ecologici dove possibile, in armonia con il nostro modo di vedere e di vivere. Vivrete a casa nostra, ma la vostra privacy e' garantita.
