There is also a conservatory which can be opened up into the garden which is south facing and views onto the Downs a short walk away. There is space for 2 cars in the drive and others right outside in the close. The kingsize room is ensuite with the double having its own bathroom across the hall. Easy access from the A27 and bus 5B into Brighton make this the perfect holiday home.

This is a split-level chalet bungalow. Although private, the accommodation is not self-contained and the short hallway is shared with the host. A lovely bungalow situated in a quiet cul-de-sac off a private road making it virtually traffic free. Just a 5 minute stroll down the lane is the picturesque Hedgecourt Lake. East Grinstead railway station, with regular trains to London and home of the historic Bluebell Railway is less than 10 minutes away in the car or you can catch a bus there from the main road. The lovely Sussex coast is less than an hour by car or you can catch a train from nearby Three Bridges station.

The private beach and prom is a 3 minute walk and Tesco express a short distance on foot, close by are cafes, several golf courses and our charming flint walled village. Nearby is the sailing club, Goodwood, Chichester, Brighton and renowned Bailiffscourt Spa Hotel.

Self contained small bungalow, short walk to beach

Petit Palm is very popular and receives great reviews from guests. It is situated in Rustington Village which has a good range of shops, some great places for breakfast, and a few nice restaurants and bars. The property is a short walk to beautiful Rustington beach (12-15 mins walk). Arundel and Goodwood are easily accessible as are Brighton, Chichester, and Portsmouth. Great location for the South Downs as well. We welcome dogs.
