This unique getaway offers historic charm & modern luxuries like smart TV, Wi-Fi, cozy fireplace, and a relaxing back patio. Less than 500' to the Sturgeon River for fishing, kayaking, and tubing. Only 5' from the North-South snowmobile/bike trail which also makes this place perfect for snowmobilers & bicyclers. Connected to the rental is an ice cream shop and gift shop.

Great vacation spot! This cozy eclectic apartment is a three-minute walk from the charming village of Walloon Lake with its shopping, beach, and restaurants. This space comes with a full kitchen and work space. Situated on a quiet street. It is an ideal spot for two, however, there is a sleeper in the living room to accommodate two little ones. Our apartment is 12 minutes to Petoskey's gas light district, Boyne Mountain's skiing/waterpark, or Boyne City's popular farmer's market.

This space is the perfect size for a couple.
