It is a 200 year old 2 story house living room, dining room, kitchen, bath first floor, 2nd floor 3 bedrooms. Back porch off the 1st floor looks down over the hill. Quiet area with wildlife from rabbits, coyotes, and deer. Is a good place just to unwind. Lots of parking. You will have access to 110 acres if you like to walk around. We are very pet friendly. There are a few Great Pyrenees dogs who patrol the area to keep coyotes and other animals away from the houses. Not handicap accessible.

Hobbit Dome (Hot Tub, Wineries/Amish Country near)

Unique Hobbit-themed dome on 11 acres w/views! 20’ window & hot tub! Sleeps 4 max. 44 minutes from Amish Country/Millersburg. Main level: Queen bed & 5’ sofa, full bath w/ 5’ shower, full kitchen & live edge table, Roku TV & High Speed Wi-Fi (bring Netflix info). Loft: 2 twin beds & bean chair. Romantic or family friendly! Near Killing Tree Winery (13 min) & Old Fool Brewery (20 min) & Historic Roscoe Village (18 min). Honey Run Falls & Blackhand Gorge nearby! Electric fireplace. (No pets)!

Cozy Cabin in the Mountains

Cabin has a loft with a full & twin bed. There is a queen bed, full bath and kitchenette (microwave, coffee pot & mini fridge) on main level. Guests are welcome to use outside kitchen which has full fridge, gas, charcoal & flat top grill. There is also tables and outside shower on 15x40’ deck. The fire pit is great on those chilly mountain evenings. 10-20 mins. to historical Belpre, Marietta OH & Parkersburg WVA. Note: There is cell service in cabin but NO wifi. TV is antenna only.

Burr Oak Cabin

Burr Oak Cabin is nestled into the woods of Burr Oak State Park. Just a short walk or drive to Burr Oak Lake where you can enjoy fishing (license required), hiking, or boating. Hiking trails include various state park trails, the American Discovery Trail or the Buckeye Trail. Put in your own boat at the Dock 1 boat ramp (9.9 hp limit) or rent a kayak, canoe, fishing boat or pontoon boat. Rentals available April through October. We have wifi with a Roku smart Tv to stream.

The Angler-2 bedroom w/hot tub

Let the best fishing stories be told at our spacious, open concept log cabin situated across the road from Wolf Run State Park. With two bedrooms and one bathroom, The Angler's Cove is the perfect catch for the family-friendly trip or a private getaway. Relax under the stars in the outdoor hot tub and make memories around the fire pit. Enjoy your coffee/tea on the front or back porch as you take in nature all around you. Let Angler's Cove be your "best catch!"

Wabash Cabin

The Wabash Cabin, nestled in the rolling hills of Southeastern Ohio, is in the heart of the Region’s outdoor playground. This unique property offers private hunting privileges on 160 acres. It is also the perfect get away for couples, family, and friends. Hunting rates are $125 per night, per person, and include privileges to hunt on the property. Vacation/Leisure rates are $125 per night for up to 4 people, more than 4 people $20 per night per person.

This newly-remodeled, relaxing cabin is situated on CR 10 (Benwood Rd.) about 20 minutes from Sardis, OH and 15 minutes from Woodsfield, OH (County seat). The cabin sits on just under an acre of land and has a creek running the edge of the property. Whether you are looking to explore the area or just have a relaxing time grilling out on the back deck and spending time with friends and family, this place is for you.

Valley View Cabin -Salt Fork State Park FIBER WIFI

Valley View Cabin borders Salt Fork State Park on a country gravel park road and is just below Rocky Fork Ranch. Salt Fork lake is a short drive back down the dirt road. Sit and enjoy the birds and deer from the screened in front porch and enjoy no neighbors in view. Clean is our thing! Cabin is best suited for 2 but we can accommodate a small family using a sofa sleeper. New central air for your comfort!

The Bunker House

This is a cozy studio concrete “bunker” house across the driveway from our residence. the Bunker has a private patio with a hot tub. It is located on an idyllic 35 acre property with two ponds that connects to Salt Fork State Park public land. We are located a few miles from the State Park entrance and Deerassic Park and close to I77 and I70.

Sugar Shack Inn

Newly rebuilt cabin/house located in Edgewater Park, Piedmont lake is our neighbor, hunting is literally 25' away on Muskingum wildlife conservancy land. Lake is walking distance with public boat ramp a .5 mile away. Located in a culdesac which there is only one other cabin on this road, which is also owned by us. Great lake view and quiet.
