This wonderful 170m2 property dates back over 500 yrs. Arranged over three floors, its unique style combines the original features with beautifully designed modern bedrooms and bathrooms. Situated on the water front of Lake Como, the top floor opens out onto a spacious roof terrace providing outside dining, areas to relax, and boasts breath taking views of the lake. Laglio offers a number of places to eat & drink, local shops, a children's play park, a small beach and plenty of parking close by.

Completely renovated and interior designed to highest levels of comfort and luxury in authentic ancient Italian village setting. Very private. Use of whole house (except cellars) with private entrance. Amazing lake views from all rooms including iconic bathtub for two. 2 terraces. Fireplace. Great space for remote working. Free street parking a few mins walk. (Heavy suitcases not recommended).

It can accommodate 3 xs + 2 extras to be paid locally in cash. The apartment is very recently renovated, as is the entire property consisting of as many as four apartments. You will of course have free parking, WiFi and access to the outdoor space by the lake shared with other guests.

Charming and luxury location, 3 km from Bellagio centre, where you can have a relaxing holiday with your family or friends. The house has a big private garden with direct access to the beach, 2 bedrooms with big double beds and a double sofa bed in the living room and 2 bathrooms. lovely bright 4rooms apartament a Lago de Como,Lezzeno.TheApartment is on the top,with stunning views of the famous villa Balbianello.Thehouse is an old chickenfarm, so we dont have AC, but we use our natural air from the montains! We have fon for every room! The bus stop right outside the house to famous Bellagio.swimming just below,with restaurant and pizza.there is 5very good restaurants here! THE BUS STOP IS NR. 11 IN LEZZENO
