Rental is located next to a busy road , if you are not comfortable with some traffic at certain times of the day then this may not be for you I would also note that this home is small inside but very comfortable . There is a cozy yard to relax in next to a fire pit and a table and chairs if you would like to eat outside. I will provide firewood for one night, and charcoal for grill for one night as well. Located 1/4 mile from home is a local place to purchase extra wood .

Our guest suite has a private entrance adjacent to the main house with a kitchen , living room, bedroom with a full bed and full bath. Also a porch with patio furniture, a charcoal BBQ and 50 acres to explore. We supply sheets, towels, kitchenware, coffeemaker, TV, internet, Wi-Fi and AC. A great getaway for 2 adults. 20 min. from Bethel Woods for concerts, 30 min. to Resorts World Casino. All are welcome. Rainbow friendly. No smoking, children, pets or animals.

Our tiny cabin on a hill is overlooking the mountains and is a perfect spot if you are looking to soak in a tranquil atmosphere, watch alpacas play, hike the woods, dip in the creek or sit by the fire and watch the stars. We are located 15min from the cute town of Livingston Manor which has two large breweries, multiple boutique stores and amazing restaurants!

Cozy country home located in the Catskills. It is perfect for a weekend getaway. Walk out to river views and multicolor leaves an ideal fall setting. Fire pit and wood on site to make a fire at night and enjoy the stars.  There is a small town and local breweries only 5 minutes away. What the siding lacks, the fully renovated inside will surely not disappoint. There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms that will comfortable fit up to 10 guests.
