Appartamento luminoso a due passi dal mare e dalla fermata dei vaporetti E' situato al piano terra di una graziosa villetta ed è composto da una camera matrimoniale, un lettino per bimbi fino a 15 kg, bagno con doccia e lavatrice, sala da pranzo con cucina e lavastoviglie, divano letto matrimoniale e cortile. Il centro di Venezia è molto ben collegato, raggiungibile con soli 10 minuti di vaporetto! Un nido tranquillo, rilassante e accogliente dopo una giornata tra le calli affollate di Venezia.

Spacious and bright apt. in the center of Venice

My apartment is spacious -140 sq.meters-and bright in an historical palace in the very center of Venice. There is a large double bedroom with its own bathroom , another smaller double bedroom and a single bedroom with a second bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a table where you can have breakfast or meals. In the wide living room there is a table for 6 and 2 large sofas. From here you have access to a nice terrace with table and chairs where you can relax after sightseeing!!!

It is located on the second floor of the historical house on the main street of Lido, the Gran Viale. The rooms were built inside the recently restored Roncade Castle Tower. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi. Breakfast is included. The Castle is located in a quiet country village 15 minutes from Treviso and 30 minutes from Venice, 30 km from the beaches and served by public transport. Inside, there's a winery that sells locally produced wines.
