La casa degli ulivi

Appartamento indipendente all'ultimo piano di una casa abitata dai proprietari. Completamente ristrutturato dotato di aria condizionata e di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Agli ospiti è fruibile un giardino con lettini e ombrellone dove prendere il sole, pranzare o fare il barbecue. E' possibile depositare le biciclette all'interno della proprietà. A 50 metri dalla casa sono presenti tre parcheggi gratuiti e un negozio di alimentari. Da pagare in loco tassa soggiorno € 2,00 giorno x pax.

La casa di trova a Lierna, al 2° piano di un tranquillo condominio con grande giardino e parcheggio interno a 10 minuti a piedi dalle spiagge. L'appartamento ha una bellissima terrazza con tavolo per pranzare all'aperto e sdraio prendisole. La casa é di nuova ristrutturazione, il soggiorno luminoso con divano letto, la cucina é arredata con gusto e attrezzata, c'è un'ampia camera da letto e un bagno con doccia. L'appartamento ha TV e Wifi, é dotato di ogni comfort, ideale per coppie e famiglie.

L'orto

L' appartamento è inserito in una casa tipica di pescatori completamente ristrutturata che si affaccia direttamente sul lago di Como accanto ad una delle spiagge più rinomate, riva Bianca. Dalla casa si gode di uno splendido panorama. La casa non dà direttamente sulla strada così da non disturbare la quiete e il relax. Davanti ci sono un giardino con orto, un bel prato e l'accesso diretto alla passeggiata sul lago. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, famiglie e amici pelosi (animali domestici).

Parcheggio gratuito in loco L’appartamento è a due passi dalla stazione e dal centro paese. Si arriva facilmente alla spiaggia a piedi. A 10 minuti di macchina daVarenna. A pochi metri c’è una ottima pizzeria gourmet.
