2-Bed Dog-Friendly Annex | Dartmoor & A30 Access

A peaceful, dog-friendly 2-bedroom annex in Lifton, close to Dartmoor National Park - ideal for exploring Devon and Cornwall. Ideal for couples, small families, walkers or guests travelling with dogs. The annex has a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area, self check-in, free parking, Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace. Across the road you’ll find river walks, a recreation field and easy access to the River Lyd. Lifton village has pubs, a shop, post office & a popular Farm Shop nearby.

The Granary at Borough Farm

This light and airy space packs a lot of character with exposed oak beams and vaulted ceiling, a glass apex window lights the room and allows you to star gaze from your bed at night. An antique french bed gives a romantic feel to the room with crisp bed linen, there is a bathroom and a luxurious double ended antique roll top bath.Guests have sole use of 'The Loft'- with a mini kitchen and dining area and can also add a private sauna experience and/or request a private log fired hot tub night.

The Haven View Chalet, Crackington Haven, Cornwall

The Chalet is a self-contained wood-built cabin in the grounds of Haven View, perched on the side of the valley and overlooking the dramatic cliffs and beach of Crackington Haven. If you feel like joining in and enjoying the activities, cafes or pub, it's only a 2 minute walk away, or you can sit out on the veranda listening to the sounds of the sea and just watch! Also a great base for some coast path walking, with some challenging but spectacular cliff walks straight from the door.

There's a pub, restaurant, a village shop and ' Strawberry Fields' voted the best large farm shop in the UK, less than two miles away. A hot tub in the barn’s private garden overlooks the stunning countryside.

On the boarder of Devon and Cornwall, nestled in the Wolf Valley and within walking distance to Roadford lake. A perfect getaway for up to 4 people with two large roomy bedrooms, a fantastic open living area and a large outdoor decking. There's a whole heap of things to do within the local area - popular excursions are; water sports on the lake, walking and cycling. NB - the annex is not suitable for under 8 (see safety info) Recently added is a three person infra-red Sauna.

Orchard Barn is in a rural location, the nearest shop restaurant/pub is 3 miles away, where EV charging is also available. We do not provide EV charging at the property. Two miles from A30 junction. We welcome you with a traditional Devonshire cream tea in your cottage - an essential when visiting Devon!
