Perfect for a couple or small family, its small footprint is efficient w/a Queen bed, a twin loft overhead, plus a full sleep sofa in the LR. Pet (max 2) & trailer friendly circular drive. We do not have cable TV, however we have a DVD player with a dresser full of DVD movies! Take a walk. Bring your mountain bikes and hit the state land trails. Sit on the 3 season porch and watch the birds, or read. Eat out on the back patio. We are 20 minutes from Pinehurst, 25 from Rockingham. 5 minutes from interstate 73. Full kitchen plus washer and dryer.

Chauffeur’s Apartment on Historic Property

Enjoy the former chauffeur's quarters located on the grounds of our National Register of Historic Places property with access to the tranquil gardens of the Manor House. The kitchen is complete and the comfortable full-sized bed should provide a good night's rest. Downtown activities are within easy walking distance. There are multiple seating areas to enjoy the extensive gardens on the one acre grounds that are shared with the main property. We cannot host guests under the age of 16.

An update on this listing. The county is currently working on installing a new waterline on a neighboring road and storing their heavy equipment on the same road as this Airbnb so occasionally throughout the day, especially the morning and evening there are beeping noises from the workers setting up and Ending their day. No complaints so far, but I want everyone to be aware. It hasn’t scared the deer off.
