Waterfront canal property. See the sunrise sitting by the canal enjoying a fresh brewed coffee, and watch the sun set out front over the water of Perdido Bay. Bring your boat and dock out back. Ramp is 1/2 mile. This cozy cottage, sleeps up to 4 adults. But 2 adults and 2 children most comfortable. In the kitchen area has a microwave, air fryer,coffee pot, sink and a 5 foot refrigerator/freezer. There is a full bathroom, and a closet and bureaus for clothes.

Cheerful 2 bedroom home on Miflin Creek

I'm an Alabama girl who wanted water access and to be closer to the beach. I bought this little piece of land on Miflin Creek and graced it with a mobile home. Miflin Creek leads to Wolf Bay and the Gulf. It's convenient to OWA (8 minutes), lots of restaurants, and the beach. It's quiet and peaceful. I enjoy paddleboarding here or just sitting on the deck watching the Osprey build a nest nearby. I'm so happy to be able to offer it to you.

This is part of a compound with two structures ! I live in the guest house with Matt . There are 3 bedroom in the main house and the cozy studio is a beautifully converted space with private bath, cold / hot air unit , refrigerator , walk in closet ect ect . Note : you share the laundry room only which is rarely used . You have 2 door with your keys that only i have an extra set .
