Filleadh na Fainleog (Swallows Return)

This beautiful, traditional and historic farm house is filled with a richness of Irish culture, music and folklore. Lovingly restored using original flagstone and ash from trees on its own land. This home offers an unique experience to steep oneself in rare beauty. Filleadh na Fainleog is situated on the edge of the Burren just a 5 mins drive from the market town of Ennistymon and 8 mins from the seaside resort of Lahinch on the Wild Atlantic Way. The majestic Cliffs of Moher is 20 mins drive.

Cosy 3 bedroom house located in a quite Cul de sac

Private house with a cosy decor in the hearth of the Slieve Felim Way walking trail which starts in Murroe and ends in the Silvermines, Co. Tipperary and the trail is approximately 43 kilometres long. We are 5 minutes to Clare Glens, 10 minutes to Newport town and Murroe Village which hosts Glenstal Abbey, 34 minutes to Limerick city, 30 minutes to the scenic village of Killaloe,46 minutes to Shannon and 2 hours to Dublin Airport. Tea/Coffee and welcome breakfast pack provided on arrival.

Urban Tranquilatree

Access to the tree house can be conducted by phone so you don't meet anyone. All contact surfaces are cleaned using dettol wipes and linen is washed at 60 deg. This is a real tree house, fully insulated, 6m off the ground. It faces south with views of the city. It is situated in our garden but screened by trees giving privacy. It consists of a bedroom with a deck at the top level and a bathroom on the level below. Cork city centre is a 5 min. walk. Access to the city is via a STEEP HILL.

This newly refurbished self-contained studio apartment is attached to our house with it's own separate private entrance and is less than 5 minutes from Shannon Airport - very convenient for late arrivals or early departures. The location is great as it is close to many tourist attractions and golf clubs. The Cliffs of Moher and West Clare beaches are around 45 minutes drive away. Dromoland, Lahinch, Doonbeg, Shannon and many more Golf Courses are all within easy commuting distance.

We want to welcome you to our beautifully restored 2 storey 200 year old country lodge located 3 minutes drive from the pretty tourist village of Adare which is renowned for its thatched cottages, wide range of restaurants and pubs and a variety of shops and boutiques. This stand alone lodge is surrounded by its beautifully manicured lawns and gardens and has its own private entrance with ample parking. It is completely self contained and our guests will have complete privacy.

Other nearby sight seeing locations include torc waterfall, muckross abbey, ladies view & Ross castle. Horse & cart tours can be arranged with notice.
