The Getaway at Lake Arrowhead

The Getaway is a new space, completed in 2025 over our garage with its own entrance and private deck. Located on a quiet cove on Lake Arrowhead, you can enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon glass of wine on your deck or the deck on the water’s edge. Enjoy fishing, kayaking, walking or a morning run. Shopping at the outlets in either North Conway or Freeport is about an hour away. There are several restaurants nearby and Portland is about an hour away. Getaway and relax on the lake.

Looking for a quiet peaceful getaway? Our Maine post and beam home is set on 7 acres of lake front. Great getaway to enjoy marshmallows and a roaring fire, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, boating or enjoy a great movie. For downhill skiers proximity to King Pine, Sunday River, Shawnee Peak and Black Mountain. Cross country and snow shoeing on property and on the lake. If you have a snow mobile- great trails available. Finally, great shopping in nearby North Conway at the outlets.

Limerick has zero commercial bustle, though coastal dining and shopping in Portland and Kennebunkport are just 45 minutes away.

The Watson House

The Watson House is part of a late 19th century duplex.This side has been completely rehabbed, with a full kitchen, bath with a stall shower, dining and living room on the first floor. Three bedrooms and a full bathroom with washer and dryer upstairs. There is plenty of room for the entire family. It sleeps 6 comfortably, but we do charge $15 per person per night over 6 people. We are PET FRIENDLY!! Please no pets on the furniture, and they can’t be left alone.

Beautiful four bedroom two bath home located on Balch Lake in West Newfield Maine. Two private docks and your own boat launch. Sandy beach area on the south side of the house receives lots of sunshine. Take out kayaks or pedal boat to explore Balch Lake! Updated kitchen and a magnificent view of the lake from the living room. Relax in the shade under 2 motor canopies on the deck off of the master bedroom. Enjoy a barbeque and go for a swim at this hidden gem.
