It is surrounded by parkland on the banks of the Shannon River and stands next to St Patrick's, the former parish church. The cottage has central heating, a shower room, toilet, a TV and broadband. It also has a fully equipped kitchen with a gas cooker, coffee machine, kettles, a washing machine and a fridge freezer.

Very close to public transport too with the Bus Stop right outside the estate where you can catch buses to Limerick, Shannon Airport, Ennis, Dublin, etc. Many tour buses a operate from here as there are a number of hotels where they collect passengers from.

Adjacent to Co Cork, Kerry, Limerick, Clare and Tipperary. Great walking/cycling in the area. Cottage fully self contained. There is a large enclosed garden.
