Relax and unwind in Nelson at Wrens on Glenelg, a luxurious couple’s retreat nestled within private bushland just a short walk from the stunning Glenelg River. Throw a line in off your own private river landing, or soak up the sun with a good book. Watch pelicans fly overhead and listen to the delightful sounds of the friendly native birdlife. Surrounded by natural attractions such as the Blue Lake, Piccaninnie Ponds, Tantanoola Caves and the magnificent Umpherston Sink Hole. The cottage overlooks alpaca's and farmland. leading to Mount Schank in the distance. Suitable for couples, or maybe an infant in arms (port a cot available on request)

THE STABLES - Location! 100m shops. 150m beach

We just couldn't resist this property... so quirky and full of character. So we added to our 'stable' and it has become our latest project. It reminds us of the farm, of fresh hay, horses and cattle. In fact we have decked it out with so much love...antiqued leather sofa, rustic home made tables straight from the shearing shed workshop. So much history there! Original art works by Jessie. We hope you will love your beach break at The Stables, and drink in a little of what makes Robe unique.

This newly restored semi-detached stone cottage in the peaceful and gently undulating hamlet of Rendelsham offers seclusion and privacy, with garden views and outdoor living. Private driveway and parking. Short drive to local beaches, Lake Macintyre and Mayura Station. 45 min from Coonawarra wineries and walking distance from Canunda National Park. Nearby Millicent offers a selection of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, chemists, a swimming lake and hospital. Wood heater for chilly weather.

The Winemaker's House at The Blok

Fully immerse yourself in Coonawarra with The Winemakers House at The Blok. Sitting amongst the vines the 3 bedroom house is walking distance to many of the fantastic winery cellar doors of Coonawarra. Situated just 2kms from Penola guests can enjoy peace and privacy without the isolation. The house boasts a fully equipped kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms and a wood fire for the colder months. Great for an intimate weekend for two or a fun getaway with friends, the house can sleep up to 8 guests.

Tawarri Studio - river bushland retreat

The Tawarri Studio is a beautiful lime stone studio apartment. It has one spacious living area with a lofty vaulted ceiling with a luxury bathroom attached. The Studio is well appointed with aircon, kitchenette, TV, and is nestled on an acre of bushland garden that it shares with the main house. It’s a stone's throw from the Glenelg river, the Lower Glenelg National Park, And the pristine beaches of Discovery Bay. Note - we are currently unable to provide linen for our guests. Apologies.

Only a short drive from the pristine Bridgewater Bay, Discovery Bay and 20 minutes from Portland; the magnificently restored St. Peter's Church, which was built in 1883 and held its first service on the 5th of August 1884 has style, character, sophistication and charm and is certainly a destination of distinction. If you are looking for a relaxing and soothing retreat from your busy city life, then look no further. Cape Bridgewater is the place to visit and unwind.

Karrawirra Cottage - self contained and stylish

You will find our renovated, freestone cottage situated in a quiet, one-way street, a short walk into the centre of town. Both bedrooms have comfortable queen sized beds, quality linen and fans. Rainwater supplies our fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and laundry facilities. Reverse cycle air conditioning and an electric fireplace ensure year round comfort. We offer continental breakfast provisions that include fresh fruit, yoghurt, milk, butter, bread and cereals.

Our spacious open-plan studio apartment has two balconies giving guests lovely expansive city & countryside views. Located in a quiet, peaceful, leafy neighborhood with gate access to the wooded reserve. This is ideally suited to nature lovers & is within walking distance to our magnificent Blue Lake & crater lakes.
