Le gîte dispose d’une vue imprenable sur la chaîne de Pyrénées ainsi que Carcassonne et sa Cité. Une grande terrasse en pierre ombragée vous permettra de profiter de ce cadre exceptionnel tout au long de votre séjour. Au départ du site, plusieurs sentiers de randonnées sont accessibles immédiatement. Le lac des Montagnes est à moins de 15 minutes en voiture.

Olive gîte on Domaine de la Matte a peaceful farm just 15 min. drive to Carcassonne. The gîte has 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with a bunk bed and a double bed, 2 bathrooms with a bath, fully equipped kitchen, living room with dining table and outside private terrace. Breakfast and dinner is optional (table d'hôtes). The domaine has 18 hectors with farm animals and forest. There is a playground with swings, trampoline etc. The swimming pool is open from 23 June to 13 September.

Gite 10km from Carcassonne in the Montagne Noire

The gite adjoins our house and is situated in a green setting at the foot of the Montagne Noire, just outside a pretty Cathar village. In addition to a large landscaped garden, there is a secure parking space. This 35m2 gîte comprises a lounge, kitchen, shower room and bedroom. The flat has its own entrance leading onto a covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. The gîte stays cool in summer thanks to the vegetation.

Gîte au milieu des vignes

This recently renovated house is set in the middle of a 70-hectare organic wine-growing estate, in the Cathar region and close to Carcasonne. It offers magnificent views of the surrounding vineyards and forests, ideal for walks, with views of the Pyrenees. This house is next to the Belgian owners' central farm, but is entirely private. During your stay, you can enjoy free wine tasting and a tour of the winery.
