Weathercock House and its enchanting garden share the air, peace and fertility of Kenya's tea-growing highlands, where Nairobi seems distant as another planet. The house itself is spacious, a bit old-school, but warm and comfortably furnished, with original art works by famous Kenyan artists. The garden is a treasure trove of birds and trees and flowering plants.

Tacked away in ‘the richest village in Africa’ with amazing views whether you are in the house or taking a walk. The walks are heavenly with great views of greenly - tea plantations, rivers and water falls. It’s in near some of the best restaurants, eg the fig & olive, como, kentmare among others. Whatever you need it’s in this area; ziplines, horse ridding, or even golf. It’s located in the UN Blue zone and near the UN, and all major embassies. This is a great spot to get that country feel.

Our cozy cottage is nestled in the Limuru Highlands, amongst the lush tea plantations and is a charming and peaceful retreat location for discerning guests. Ideal for couples or solo travelers looking to recharge and is also very private. Guests can hike amongst the tea, ride their bicycles and wander with their dogs at leisure. Horse riding is also available if you book in advance. We are located 1 hr from the international airport, 40 mins from Karen, 35 minutes from the UN.
