Centrally located, we are within a few minutes drive to the State Capitol, the University of Nebraska, and Lincoln's three hospitals. This prime location is minutes away from the football stadium, pinnacle arena, multiple restaurants, Bryan hospitals and children's zoo.

The upstairs apartment in this beautiful stone home on a quiet, tree lined neighborhood could be your home base for Husker game weekends, graduations and weddings, marathons, tournaments and road trips. 10 minutes from UNL, completely updated California ranch makes this a great space. Suitable for adults and children 8 and older. Tesla CHARGING STATION ON SITE with user fee of $10 per night. There is an up charge of $15/night per guest past 2, limit of four total.
