This inviting 2-bedroom, 2-bath guest house is designed for easy Montana living, with a private hot tub, furnished decks, a wood-burning fire pit, and a warm indoor fireplace for movie nights and slow mornings alike. Tucked among peaceful wooded surroundings, the home offers a comfortable base for day trips to Glacier National Park, Kootenai National Forest, rugged rivers, scenic trails, and nearby town favorites. After a day of exploring, return home to grill dinner on the deck, soak beneath the open sky, or unwind with books, board games, and a projector-style movie night. Inside, you’ll find modern furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, dedicated workspace, central A/C and heat, free WiFi, laundry, and thoughtful everyday essentials. The primary suite features a king bed and en-suite bath with a soaking tub, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed and the living room includes a queen sleeper sofa. With room for RVs, trailers, boats, and up to 10 vehicles, plus an EV charger on-site, Sunset Valley Retreat makes arrival easy and adventure even easier. Optional rentals, including a boat and paddle boards, are also available on-site.

1 bdrm, private, garden-level apartment at Throops Lake. 1 queen bed sleeps 1 or 2. Let this prime location act as your base camp for adventure in beautiful northwest Montana. Unique, tranquil and relaxing. Lake views surrounded by mountains make it easy to forget you are close to amenities in nearby Troy or Libby. Stroll to the Kootenai River where you can leave civilization behind, and watch the river roll or catch glimpse of a bald eagle gliding above the waters in search of trout.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This home was purpose built with guests in mind. Relax and enjoy the crisp mountain air while sitting on the private deck with a great view of the river. Libby Mt. is a great place for outdoor activities. You can enjoy boating, fishing, canoeing, kayaking, golfing, hiking, snow skiing, cross country skiing, hunting, bird watching, pickleball, and much more. All within a short drive or a quick 1/2 mile walk into town.

This is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom house that is just on the edge of town in Libby Montana. It is a quiet secluded neighborhood and backed on the J. Niels Park. It is a short drive to some great attractions such as the swinging bridge, Kootenai Falls and the Libby Dam. Lincoln , County is on the North boarder of Montana and boarders Canada and the West side boarders Idaho. Libby of less than 2,800 people is a town where you can come to relax and get away from a fast paced lifestyle.

All of which you can enjoy seated outside around a propane fire pit. Also available for your use are a griddle, firepit and bikes for outdoor fun.

This two bedroom home was built in 2019 and is conveniently located off of Highway 2, approximately five miles south of Libby. Farm to Market Store is a local favorite place to visit, featuring a lovely coffee shop, made from scratch bakery and deli, serving a variety of breakfast and lunch items. Kootenai Falls & swinging bridge is a 20 min drive and a must see if you have the time!
