Includes NEW air conditioning, a king-size bed for master bedroom and king size bed for guest bedroom, 3rd bedroom includes 2 bunk beds; 2 twins and 2 full size beds, so that as many as 10 people can relax in comfort and in style.

Eclectic, bijou style, bedrooms with their own private bathroom and separate outdoor entrance. Complimentary Breakfast served Thursday-Sunday. Close to Midtown and eats. Here in the mountains, window fans are best. If needed during a hot spell, portable air condition available. Please understand, love your fur babies. Unfortunately, some of my family members are allergic. If you insist, there will be a non-refundable cleaning fee of $1000.
