Cozy Mountain Casita

Cute, clean & cozy guest house located off the beaten path 20 minutes from Ruidoso & Capitan. Close to Bonito & Alto Lake and Ski Apache. Great area for hiking, biking, hunting, fishing or a peaceful couples retreat. The home can accommodate 2 adults comfortably. There is no cable television however we do provide firestick (Netflix, Prime, etc…) and WiFi. During times of heavy snow book at your own risk. Four wheel drive or chains will be necessary. We are two miles off state highway 37. NO PETS

This delightful cabin is close to Midtown where restaurants, shopping, parks, and award-winning golf courses abound. We also have an EV charging plug! Between the shops, museums, historical monuments and local brewery, this town is the quiet escape you have been searching for. Enjoy our little casita perfectly located just off US 380. Sit next to the warmth of a wood burning stove in the winter, or enjoy cool evening throughout the summer. Hiking, skiing, racetrack and casino are all nearby. Ruidoso is about a 35 minute drive from Casa de Luna.

It offers two covered decks; one over looks the tall ponderosa pines off of the main living area with seating and gas fire table, The second Covered deck offers a private Hot Tub, seating around the gas fire table and a Gas BBQ Grill – two level - 3 steps up to cabin entrance and main level, several steps to upper bedroom level - Wi-Fi in cabin - Roku - DVD/CD player-cabin side parking.

Our completely remodeled cabin is located in “Old Ruidoso”. It’s walking distance to Midtown and a short drive to Grindstone Lake, Ski Apache and Ruidoso Downs Race Track. We have a grill on our back deck with a seating area plus a hammock in the back yard. Our front deck has a 2 person porch swing where you can enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an afternoon glass of wine. As frequent Airbnb guests we feel we have provided a great place for you to stay.
