Should you require 2 vehicle parking please discuss with me prior to arrival. I consider neighborhood parking etiquette very much!

The main bedroom has a queen size bed and a rollaway twin bed, HD Roku TV, big closets, and a desk. Private entrance, Street parking. Non-smoking. Private Bathroom with complimentary toiletries.

Near Wild Waves, Point Defiance Zoo and other great attractions. This home is located in an urban neighborhood near the Downtown core. Just a 5 minute walk to the Tacoma Link Light Rail Station!

Private suite attached to our garage. We are located on a well-maintained 1/2 acre lot by South Hill Mall. Extremely convenient location that feels very private on a dead end road. Kitchen with stove and cooking necessities, a washer/dryer and full closet system. *The shower tilling is due for an update and the bathroom light will only turn on if the main room light is on. There is a lamp that is in there to accommodate this.
