This spacious apartment is in a secure apartment complex in a convenient part of Northcliff. Opposite the apartment complex is a small shopping center which boasts a well-known coffee shop (Olivia's), a butchery, flower shop etc. There is a laundromat just downstairs as well as a grocery store close by. All these services are within walking distance from the apartment. The apartment is also close to Lynden, Northcliff Ridge Eco Park, JHB Eye Hospital, Cresta Shopping Mall, Melville, SABC etc.

Private, safe, clean, modern outside room with small kitchenette and bathroom with shower based in the leafy superb of Craighall Park. There is a lovely private outdoor space with a table and chairs for relaxing. We have solar backup so generally have no load shedding issues. There is parking for one car. We are close to restaurants, shops, movies, Delta Park and the Rosebank Gautrain. A perfect home away from home for work or a weekend getaway!

The space is peaceful and centrally-located only 5,6km away from Sandton city, and the Gautrain, which is about 8 minutes by car. The space is surrounded by a garden paradise, where guests are encouraged to help themselves to our organically grown fruit and veg. Secure parking inside the premises and private access to the cottage.
