Characterful, unique and secluded late 17th century grade-II listed weaver's cottage with private fenced garden situated in the suburb of Fartown 1.4 miles from Huddersfield town centre and train station. There are excellent links from the train station to Manchester airport, Leeds, York and London via Wakefield. Bus stops are close by (for Huddersfield and Bradford) and there is easy access to the M62 (approximately 2 miles away). Taxis are available from Huddersfield train station.

We are just next door to Manor House, ideal for guests attending a wedding venue.The kitchen is also on the ground floor and has an excellent range of modern units. There is a halogen hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer, microwave and small appliances. Downstairs you will find a very spacious bedroom, a luxurious shower room and a utility area. Party is not allowed or gathering of guests

We have a self contained newly refurbished open plan guest suite with separate entrance. The interior consists of a Kitchen, Bedroom, Lounge & Bathroom area, it has electric heating in the bathroom & a Multi Fuel Burning Stove.
