Oldwood is a decade-old family home located right along the Baywalk at Lingayen Gulf, Pangasinan. In front is the expansive beach area, perfect for beach sports or just chilling. You'll see parked bangkas, even fishermen catching fish early in the morning. Things we love about this place: swimming pool under the tree, the FOOD, clean rooms, and the endless summer vibe. The place is also a walk away from local cafes and restaurants, an airport, and some well-preserved historical sites.

D’ocho Grande Cafe Room

Room reservations are now being accepted at Docho Grande Events Place & Venue located at Lingayen, Pangasinan. Currently, we have a lovely, light-filled room located above D'ocho Cafe. This room features fully functional air conditioning, a double size bed, a sofa that folds into a single bed. A private bathroom complete with essentials and a hot and cold shower. Right outside your room is our patio, where you can relax and enjoy your morning coffee.

You’ll be charmed by this adorable place to stay. This room has its own kitchen , bar counter, mini fridge, karaoke, disco lights, hot and cold water dispenser and is equipped with 100-inch monitor.

Room D is located at the second floor of the house It has a queen size bed good for 2 persons only has its own bathroom with hot and cold shower. With its own balcony Breakfast included for 2 person.
